Do you consider yourself a pretty good cook, or are you just learning to cook? Or have you decided that your best recipe comes from the local delivery restaurant?

I am by no means gourmet cook, but I love to cook and try new recipes. My kids love my cooking too and even brag about it to others. I'm always printing out recipes online. I have a 3 ring binder with page protectors that I keep them in. I've numbered the pages...112....but now I need to make an index in the front of what is on what page. Most pages have more than one recipe as they came from the site menus4moms and others in the form on weekly menu planning. Marsha

I consider myself a pretty good cook. I still use recipes all the time, but I constantly add my own little touches. I always worry when we have company though, because I don't know if the company will enjoy the same kinds of things we like. I also really love going to restaurants! I'm very good at that as well!

I'd say I'm an itermediate...I'm no where near advanced and I know I'm more of than a beginner, I also know I'm not much for just leaving it and forgetting about it. I can cook somethings really well like lasagna but other things Hubby has to teach me or at least walk me through. ~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG AND TRUST IN GOD**

I would say I am intermediate, I can cook to survive and had made up some dishes when we were broke, which took some creativity..I also can cook a whole Thanksgiving meal, which I may do next weekend, we got too busy this weekend..

I guess I'm intermediate, I can cook a dinner but not an elaborate one like Thanksgiving turkey with all the fixins. I cook a lot for my family and if they don't double over in pain then I've made a delicious meal. I'd like to get a little more advanced in some stuff but I'm good where I'm at right now.

i consider myself as a intermediate when it comes to cooking though my family and friends appreciate my cooking i still believe that i still have a long way to go with regards to cooking, i even think of enrolling myself to culinary arts to be a a very good chef because one of my dreams is to put up my own restaurant someday. i really love cooking.

I consider myself a very good cook. I'm not good enough to be a chef at a fancy restaurant or anything like that. But I can cook good enough to feed my family. My husband tells me a lot of times that he like what I cooked. That's good enough for me.

At best, I would consider myself a beginning cook. But I would love to learn how to cook more than the basic things (like eggs, for example as "basic" things). I think learning to cook for yourself is a great idea.

I feel like I'm a really good cook but I also feel like being a really good cook is all that hard. All you really have to do when it comes to cooking is throw a bunch of stuff that seems like it would taste good together and make a meal.

Unless you consider microwaving TV dinners "good cooking," then I'm probably a beginner cook.

I am pretty much at the stage where I don't really know what flows with each other but I can follow a recipe and make mean dishes that way. I cook rather well for a guy I think.
