Global Financial Crisis...How is Your Country Responding?

The USA has just recently admitted that it's economy has been in recession even since 2007. As they say when the USA sneezes, the whole world catches colds and everywhere around the world everyone is concerned about the recession and "depression it has and will bring about. It seems despite positive outlooks of some countries, that we will all feel the effects of the economic recession or global financial crisis. It would be interesting to know how you and your country are coping or hope to cope or respond to the crisis.

as our stupid prime minister says, "hamdolsun" "teget geciyor". This "teget geciyor" thing is something that really sucks lol :)

hmm, I just hate him. He never planned any precautions for this financial crisis and Turkey was already having a financial crisis before that. And after all, he came up to TV and said the Crisis will have only tangential effects on us. But we are having really hard days.
"Teget geciyor" means passing tangently, or touching. :)
