The Republican Club at UMass is showing It's a Wonderful Life on the big screen this Sunday. I love It's a Wonderful Life, it's my favorite movie at Christmas time. I would love to go see it on the big screen. The problem is I hate Republicans, especially college UMass Republicans.
My question is, what are they doing showing that movie anyway? It's all about the community standing up to huge corporate power in the form of Mr. Potter. Aren't Republicans supposed to be in favor of huge corporations and against community organizing and solidarity?
What's the deal here? Any thoughts?

It A Wonderful Life has two themes. the one you mentioned and a family man finding meaning in his life. I think it is the latter The Republicans gravitate to. Well I hate the views of Republicans too but it is the time of year where we all are suppose to come together so if they are wheel chair accessible then go. But if there allums who are rude and closed minded simpletons then Net Flix it and see it at home.
