Pepper drinkers unite!

I got hooked on the Pepper when I was at an arts summer camp in Pennsylvania when I was 17. I become addicted quickly and have never gotten off the stuff completely, even though I have given up most sodas in the favor of kidney health. When did you become a Pepper drinker?

I don't remember exactly when it was, some time when I was a very young, just a kid. I'm from Texas where it was created so I had early access in some ways although it was a fight to get my Mother to buy it since she and everyone esle in my family drank coke. I don't drink any other soda. I once quit going to a fast food chicken place because they quit having Dr. Pepper and only had coke.
