Does the south beach diet work?  

yeah it does work
i kinda didnt struggle much durin ma phase 1
but phase 2 was really tough i kinda fell out
but still manage to lose 5 kgs
im off this diet for now
im sure it will work go on wit it
strictly follow da diet
dont give up.........

South Beach diet is my favorite diet. I lost about 20 lbs on the diet a couple of years ago. Make sure that you try a couple of my favorite South Beach recipes, Mock Mashed potatoes and pistachio chicken. Even my family likes the mock mashed potatoes better than the real ones. Good luck.
