Knut, the bear is for sale  | |  Do you remember Knut, the polar bear? Now he is for sale. I wish I had the money to shelter all these animals abandoned and not wanted, but unfortunately keeping one cat right now is all I can do. I wonder if it's possible to let him go into the wild, where polar bears are, and supervise him for a certain period until he gets used to it. This would be cheaper than the money required to keep him in human's care, do you think? Plus he would live among his own. What do you think?

I like to go to zoos, because I like to see animals I would never otherwise see, but it makes me sad to see the animals penned up and out of their natural environment.
