I need to see a dietician to get me a diet that is well suited for my body type and my medical needs. Hopefully I will lose a few pounds as well. So I will say eat healthier.

I have a 2 year old son who needs his daddy to be around for years to come so I need to buckle down and get healthy for him.
I also want to learn to treat people better in general.
