Rugs

Hi there Anne18 There is only one rug in my house and it is in my bedroom under my bed because there is no carpet on the floor. The rest of the house (apart from the kitchen, dining area, bathroom and toilet) is carpeted. I have a bath mat and pedestal mat in the toilet and bathroom though!

ours is also is a tiled floor and it gets dirty very fast,so we do use rugs,one outside every bathroom and also at the entrance and one in the kitchen.our kitchen is quite small.

Ugh! I've had a couple, but they always end up the same way, useless. My little Sherlock behaves perfectly fine when I'm at home, but when I'm gone he seems to get into fights with the rug. Of course the fight is always one sided, but at least he always wins!

Yes I do, I have one in the kitchen in front of the sink where I stand, I have one in the front of the fireplace, and one in the doorway to the kitchen, we have hardwood floors.

I used to have many rugs, but because of our cat we removed most of them. There used to be a rug by the door and in front of the kitchen sink, and a rug at the door of my bedroom. I really miss the rug by the door and the one in my bedroom. So now, I only have a rug in front of the bathtub.

I have carpet in all the house , beside the kitchen and the bathroom. I prefer having small rugs that can be easily cleaned. The carpets are very hard to clean, I can not take them off, they're sticked to the floor. And probably full of dust.It does not matter how well I clean them, there's still lot of dust in there. I dream of tiles, and a rug in the kitchen , one in the front of the door, and one in the living room, under the table.

no I don't have any rugs on the floor, I have hardwood floors, and I have cats and I am so afraid they will mess on them, I don't want the extra cleaning.

Yup, i have got 4 rugs at home.. The 1st one is right at the main door whereby we take off our house b4 stepping on the floor inside the house.. hehe ^_^ The 2nd rug will be right at the entrance of the kitchen, so that when my mom is doing cooking, she's able to 'clean' her oily feet b4 going anywhere in the house.. As for the other 2, they are placed outside the bathrooms, to dry our feet after showering.. hehe

We have an area rug in the living room. We didn't for a while but when my baby started crawling & learning to walk we were concerned about him hurting himself on a hard surface if he fell or tripped & whatnot. Plus it's winter and it's nice to have one nice spot on the floor that isn't so cold ;)

Nope. No rugs here. Before my hubby and I married, he had all the wall-to-wall carpet pulled because of his allergies. Luckily, what was underneath were beautiful hardwood floors. They do need refinished at this point, but that will come.

We have wall to wall carpeting except for in the kitchen and bathrooms. In the bathrooms I have small bathroom floor rugs.

YEP! one in front of the door, and one in the kitchen. I actually also ordered a LARGER rug for the kitchen, where the patio door is, for when people come in from outside in the back (because of the snow).

I have a rug by my living room door to save the tread and the rest is carpeted.Some people have wooden flooring but I prefer carpet it is so much warmer.

No I don't have any, since I hate cleaning them. They make a room very cosy however with a toddler and a dog around the house it isn't a good idea. :)

yes we have three..and its very useful because the kids can get really messy and we use it to wipe the water.

No, the cats like rugs for all the wrong reasons. Don't have carpet either for the same reason.

Hi Anne. I have only two. One in the front door so we can clean the shoes before come in the home. Other in the bathroom near the shower so it avoid any slipping. Cheers dear.

I'm resting my feet on this fury rug while infront of the computer, it's anti-depressing feeling this soft rug tickling my soles. We have one at the front door, one infront of the fridge, one infront of the sink and one at the bathroom door.
