Me and my husband walks every afternoon as long as there is no rain. His doctor recommended it for him and walking is good exercise too. We walks just along the neighborhood and sometimes if the weather is so nice we don't notice the time and the places we passed by. We feel so good when we do it. Exercise is a way also that our body are become physically fit. So do you exercise? and what kind of exercise do you do?

Ofcourse there are many other exercises which work very well in keeping us fit and in shape. 5. silverjam (641) | 1 year ago | I like walking too. i've read that walking is one of the best but simple forms of exercise. It's just pity because i am no longer doing it by now; my husbnad is just so lazy to acompany me in doing so. He said he had enough of his feet at work and he's just tired of doing walking. I guess we did that just 2 or 3 times last summer for almost 7 months now.
He bought me an abs machine I saw in the tv few months ago but am quite lazy to use it now....lol.
