Recently I watched back old Oprah shows which featured hoarders. In case you are wondering, hoarding is human behavior may be a response to perceived or predicted shortages of specific goods, or a compulsive abnormal behavior. The compulsive collecting of objects is known as pathological or compulsive hoarding. The compulsive collection and ownership of pets is known as animal hoarding.
In short sentence you are obsessive in collecting goods and pets until you don't have room for them. Are you one of them or partly one of them?

hi zali...
(i like your avatar sooooo much... "betul. betul.. betul"...)
anyway...
i dont hoard / collect things.. well not to a level where you'd call it abnormal.
but i guess i do keep a lot of things at home.. old stuff, my own old stuff.. plus with my husband's.. we just have a problem of throwing away things, always thinking we might 'need them later', and we've keeping a few things for a lot of years already..

I am not a hoarder and I do not think I will ever become one. Responding to rumours by hoarding for example food will create a real shortage and cause panic among the population. When things return to normal or the rumours proved to be false we would be stuck with an excessive amount of food which may have a short shelf life. I would buy whatever is necessary but would not hoard.
all the best,
