Looking for a spouse or waiting on God  

i believe that the thing is to wait on God for a spouse. I have been impatient and all, and did my own legwork, but it didn't work out either. Case in point. I was very interested in this one man, but he just got out a bad relationship and didn't want another. He was also into school, so that was that. While waiting on him, I met the guy I am with now. I tend to feel that if you wait, you do better. At least for me it works better.

I say wait and pray for God to bring your spouse to you. :) After complete dissatisfaction with the idea of dating I decided simply not to do it, and not to try to find someone... and no one thought that I would ever get married! But God sent me someone and now I'm the first of all of my friends and my generation in my family to get married.
