Holy Crap! I have had many jobs at this rate and more! I should be a millionaire. Check out the story - http://blogs.moneycentral.msn.com/smartspending/archive/2008/01/17/on-11-an-hour-jersey-man-made-millions.aspx What do you think?

I think he was smart and lucky as he did what he could do. When he had extra money he didn't spend it on clothes or TV's or all the things the rest of us spend ours on. Got to love that storie. Good for him. Your friend onlydia

I have heard it said that most millionaires do not EARN the million but rather they SAVE the million. They tend to be investors and savers. Not earners and spenders.

laglen I would like to respond to this discussion. So if you start it again, I'll respond to it. It is a waste to post a response now that the azz above me spammed their blog links into your discussion and your discussion will probably be deleted.

I couldn't see all of the article. Only the part about him saving up and buying rental properties. I don't think he had a wife and family, how could he have with saving that amount of money all those years? Interesting story though, thanks! Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

I hope this discussion doesn't get deleted. But it's unbelieveable that that man was able to save and prosper like that. I'm happy for him.
