Credit Card companies can be so understanding

I'm sure I'm not the only one in a credit crunch I would think that everyone would understand what I'm saying.
Money's been tight since this summer, and I was unable to make a credit card payment this last money on one of our cards. The CC comapny called, asking about it. I explained what was going on, and they have a special program to help us out. The only thing is we had to cancel the card for 12 months. No big deal since it lowered our APR, and the payment amount we were required to pay.

I'm glad you had that experience. I think some companies are understanding while others probably are not. I havent tried calling my company to get the rates reduced.
I dont know what would happen if i did. I am OK ith my rates at this time. They are
manageable for me.

I am so glad that the company was being so understanding. I was actually going to call them ask them about something else, but never got around to it. I was hoping that I could somehow come up with the money I needed to get caught back up.
