What blows my mind is that a service worker called to tip the sheriffs department three days in a row and the area was NEVER checked.
Four months later he stumbles across the remains and reports them.

The sheriffs department may have just lost their chance to charge Casey with first degree murder. It was reported that it WAS a homicide although details were not released.

This is SO disturbing that not only did Casey act the way she did, but the sheriffs dept. DIDN'T act the way they should have.

Its entirely possible that Casey will only do a short time in prison for child neglect and abuse and possibly manslaughter and not face life for the murder of her own child.
This is one case where incompetence may have cost the justice that Caylee deserved.

I think that the parents should be charged with something too.

If My daughter had a child that was missing for five minutes, I'd be on the phone calling authorities.
These people waited a month before even reporting that little girl missing.

It makes me sick to my stomach.

K, but have they confirmed it was the mother that had done this? I think I read something it was but wasn't for sure. I would kill the mother for doing something so horrible to such an innecent person.

I just answered another discussion about this and also just seen it on my local news channel. I think it is so sad about that little girl. I hope the mother will finally tell the truth about what happened to that sweet little girl.
