Two months ago our daughter had a baby. I was with her at the hospital for 36 hours prior to the birth. At my age, it was difficult. In the past I think I had been up for about 24 hours before I crashed. I can get by on 4 to 5 hours of sleep each night and feel fine. Have done this for years.

For me, it's been two days. There have been times when I didn't sleep one night. The second day was a bit difficult, especially as the second day went on. I'd find myself growing more and more tired. But I'd still try not to go to bed too early, as I didn't want to wake up to early and throw my system off balance. I'd go to bed earlier than I usually do, but not too early.

Hmm. I think the max I have been up for is around 36 hours. I had this work to complete and was seriously close to the deadline with a loads to go, so had to stay up all night and then had college the next day and ten had to stay up the rest of the night again. It was tiring, but it was also some fun because I was racing against time. Lol.. After this small idiotic adventure of mine, I slept for 2 days straight. bourne

The longest that I have gone without sleeping is about 24 - 25 hours so far. I don't think i can take more than that. Your body will feel really warm and eyes blury and just so tired.
