Do you want to carry a big or small handbag?

I like your use of the word "handbag" because I don't like carrying "purses." To me a "purse" is this small, stupid skimpy thing that holds next to nothing. i like carrying large bags, but not overdoing it. I used to carry a rather large silver bag from Express that my sister gave to me as a gift. I called it my Barney Bag.=] I liked it alot because I couldn't really wear backpacks to school anymore due to back problems, or shoulder rather. For some reason, carrying around a big bag didn't bother my shoulders unless it was just too heavy. I would also carry my laptop in it as well. After awhile it got too old and had to retire as being my trusty big silver bag. I now carry a smaller bag. Still large enough to carry some things for school though so it satisfies me.

I don't like handbags,period. I prefer to stuff things in my pockets until they bulge and my money always gets crumpled lol
But if I have to wear a handbag I would prefer a rather small one.
I went for lunch to a fast food joint once and stepped outside for a smoke when a store employee approached me and said "Ma'am,is that your purse on that chair? That man has been eyeing it ever since you walked in!". I was really thankful to that nice guy but what cracked me up is that he called a "purse" my old faithful duffel bag:)

Well I always carry big handbag cause I need put many things in it.Especially no free polybag is provided at the shop or supermarket,thus I have to put most of shoppings in my handbag.I think it also helps to shift other people's sight from my body to the handbag cause I'm fat,lol.

Hey there youless. I have to say I am one of those ones that sport a large purse. I actually don't usually have too much in there either. And my purses aren't usually purses but either back packs or even diaper bags. Reasons are because I can get the free bags. Also they have the thermal shell liner, so I can pack drinks and snack for me and the kids when we are out and about to avoid the drink and snacl purchases that cost a fortune when we are out and thirsty or hungry. So when we go swimming or skating hiking or at a beach we have some goodies that I don't feel like I am walking around with a cooler everywhere. If I forget to bring it we are either super thirsty or spending $20 on snacks.

actually i would not prefer to carry a handbag at all.... i mean why do you need a handbag in the first place?
ok ok i know im a girl.... and i need a handbag and stuff but i still hate carrying anything than just a phone....which could be also stuffed in the pocket.....
well there are these times of the month that you need to carry a handbag.... but then i carry a very small one....
i just dont understand why girls carry their entire wardrobe along with them.....?
their cosmetics itslef occuly half of the bag......
i do put cosmetics but to the minimum.... or sometimes i dont put on anything.... i only put on a lipstick.....
thats also cos sometimes i just look too pale.....
and i dont keep re applying it too so i dont even need to carry that along.....
but i have or rather i used to carry a medium sized handbag some years ago to office but then i realised soon enough that though i am carrying the handbag with so many things in it i never really get to put my hand in there to actually use anything..... so i stopped doing it.....
now i have whatever i want right in the car ....:P
easier that way!! as i told you earlier that its only that one time in the month that i would need to carry anything.....
ofcourse parties are a different issue when you carry a matching handbag cos it just looks good.....:)

i carry a small bag. Because big purses damage the health. Besides half of the stuff I carry in a big bag I do not use, so what is the point to carry it with You all the time?

So now I have only small bag. I carry my mobile phone in it, small notebook and pencil, and a wallet. That is all.

hi youless I dislike handbags no matter how big or small they are. When I am not on my way to work (and thus absent for 14 hours from home) I will only have my keys and handkerchiefs in my jeans pockets, sometimes money too.

For personal use, like in going to social engagements or simply shopping, etc, I prefer using a small handbag. I don't like carrying lots of stuff when I am enjoying my leisure time. But for business purposes, like if I have documents/papers to work on, or other stuff, I prefer using a bigger handbag.

I like carrying a small bag, I don't like the big bags because, they are always in my way I carry a lot of thing with me in my puser, but I only carry the things that I will be needing to have with me, so a small bag is good enough for me, one reason I don't like big bags is, that I can't find what I am looking for, when I am going through my bag.

i am not a small bag person. i bring a lot of things when i go out. my meds, my money, some toiletries, a face towel, keys, cellphone, a small notebook candies or mints. so if i bring a small bag it will look stuffed. but i am not a big bag person as well i dont like my things to be all over the bag and i will have a hard time looking for it. so i am a medium bag person but if i go to work i carry a big bag.
