OK, my fellow Mylotters, I am ina seriously negative place today! For those of you that have followed my posts know I am generally a positive person and try to look for the best in every situation. Today, nope! No, Nada! I am ugly! I'm tired, I'm in pain, I'm frustrated and annoyed. I'm also smart enough to figure out that it's my choice to stay mad or choose to get on with it and get over my slump. However, with that said I'm not ready to get over it yet I still wanna be ugly!Have you ever just felt miserable, and you just need to be ugly for a bit? How do you get yourself out of a negative slump?Do you give yourself permission to be in a slump? I think this is what I do, I have my moments when things are terrible, awful and ugly but, I usually don't stay in this mood for a long period, I think it would be important to move on with other things a certain point. However, I do think that giving myself space and time to rant is a good thing. (specially when I have my fellow Mylotters as a captive audience). Seriously though, do you allow yourself time to be mad, sad or in a slump and then get over it? Or do you prefer to sort of grit your teeth and bear it as they say? Your responses are appreciated.

Funny. I was feeling this way yesterday. I have to vent. Whether it be to myself or a friend. If I hold it in, I'd go insane. There are times when I do allow myself to be mad. I can't stay mad too long though, or I'll get sick (physically). SO I have to let things go. I hope you feel better!
