I just want to let all my fellow Mylotters know that I intend to be back online a wee bit more now... life happened and I killed a laptop and then got the call for the surgery that I have been waiting for forever!!! Yeah!! It was a bit of a rough road to travel but I'm upright and able to type to here I am....

Hi there MR, I would strongly suggest that you talk to a veterinarian. I have a yellow labrador retriever and yes it is safe to give them a mild pain killer similar to those that we would take. However, I think you should talk to a vet because both dogs and cats have a different metabolism then we do as humans. As such they metabolize drugs differently than we do, it is not just simply based...
