Will change from G. W.Bush to Obama change america's rule over the world?

As we all know that the new president of United States OF America is Obama. So what do you think, will this change affect the america's rule over the world. Please justify your statement.

My God! The US rule's the world! Is there any wonder that so many countries have a negative view of the US? If the US ruled the world, would we have people that are supposed to be our allies, withdrawing from us in the Middle East? No, they would stay, if we "ruled the world." But we don't, so when countries don't agree with US policy, especially when a man who never should have been elected acts like such a jerk, they do so because we don't rule them!

Hmm.. Interesting you know back when Mr. Bush came into power they were asking the same questions. I think America is always slowly changing it's rule. It really depends on the more powerful rulers of the world such as the pope and illuminati. The presidents are just puppets controlled by those guys. So if those top guys decides to change the world now then it's done. It really does not have anything to do with the president.
