 Well no one should be treated indecent because of their dress and everyone is entitled to their own style. However there are consequences for every action. If you wear something like that chances are you will be treated that way. They have to ask there selves what message are they bringing across.  I used to play restaurant city by Playfish Games. It is a great game. I liked how I was in charge of my own restaurant and had to take care of my employees and keep the business running and design and decorate. It felt like a real restaurant. Yes, guys don't have the right to judge girls because of their dress but. What kind of message are you sending when you walk down the road with those kinds of clothes. I understand what you are saying but if it is a degrading thing then why encourage it in the way you dress, especially like that. The truth is most decent girls would never dress like that.
