different ways to enjoy life

there is honestly no hard and fast rule or a ten commandments on how to enjoy life.

different people enjoy life differently. some find fishing a form of enjoyment, some find spending time with friends a sort of enjoyment.

some people are workaholics and find joy in working. it's really different.

i for one, find enjoyment when i'm out with my friends chilling and having fun but i too find joy sitting on my couch at one corner reading my book in solace.

We are all different, not everyone is the same, so whatever I enjoy someone else would find boring, and what someone else enjoys I would find boring, for example someone who likes to go clubbing and dancing well I would hate to do that, but I love going to the gym that is my way of enjoying life, I go training five times a week, and I weight train now other people might say that is not enjoying your life that is hard work, but to me that is enjoyment. There are no hard and fast rules as to what is enjoyable in life, each of us must find their own personal enjoyment.

people have different ways to enjoy life . i cant say i enjoy doing this so you will enjoy doing that too. anything that you do, enjoy it to the fullest.

Some ways to enjoy Life:

1. Enjoy your meal. Don’t just eat. Taste it and appreciate its richness.

4. Play music. More than just listening, playing music allows you to express yourself.

11. Give yourself a lazy day.

I think the best way to enjoy life lies from within each person. I enjoy just waking up each morning. I look at each day as a new beginning. I really don't think there is any hard and steadfast rule on this as one persons pleasure may be another ones pain. I enjoy reading while my best friend hates to read is just an example of this.
