Do you like to shop in Malls/ Departmental stores or in small shops?

I find that the re is a lot of rush in most of the Malls or departmental stores but i wonder who many people actually buy things there? The small street corner shops too are sruviving and doing well. The rates in the malls or departmental stores are high but most malls go in for discounts to attract customers.
Where do you shop? I prefer the small shops. I do window shopping in malls.

I rather shop in malls or department strores because i believe they have more variety of goods to choose from. i mean, more sets of clothes, more people, and more reason to decide and find a better stuff. Prices also in departments stores cost less than shops along the streets.

i go to malls for things but if its for grocerys i will go to a smaller grocery store or a regular one rather than walmart since i hate that store.. im not one that buys a lot anyways and if i buy clothes i usually go to thrift stores

I rarely go to the mall for anything. When I do go it is usually to go to the Mexican restaurant there or the movies. I will sometimes wander around the shops after, but I rarely buy anything. Most of the time I go to stores not in the mall for shopping.

I like to shop in shopping malls the most, then in small shops, least in departmental stores. I seldom buy things, most of the things I buy are the things I probably need, so most of my time "shopping" would be window shopping, which in this case, the shopping mall can provide me with a lot of different things to look at.
When I need to buy something specific and there's a small shop nearby, I'd probably drop there and shop for it. The shopkeeper of small shops are usually friendly to customers (that's probably how they keep them). Shopping in small shops, in my opinion is probably a warmer experience as there's always a jolly conversation everytime I meet the shopkeeper. Besides that, things is small shops are usually cheaper in my place, and definitely more convenient considering the distance.

Well,I always buy at the Mall because there are so many that I can pick but I like small shops because its more cheap than a mall.
