Well for me the experience taught me to correct balance between freedom and responsibility. It made me think of what I really want and learn new things on my own, and making my own life. For a few months I missed home, especially my family, but it made me learn new things. Have a nice day to all of you!

Yes, it's kinda hard but like you I also learned a lot of new things about life and about myself. I learned that inspite and despite my condition, (I'm cerebral palsied)I can still do a lot of things on my own. I've been away from home for a year to study and I successfully made it!!!

yeah for those people who are very dependent to their family they can get away from that and its hard for them to live far from the family... but base on my experience during my first night on the place where i've been living now .. i really missed them but i have to conquer my feelings because i've realized that my family is not the one who make my future but is its in my hand so i have to sacrifice because the sooner i can have them and i can help them with there needs too...sacrificing in a way that you can benefits it together with your family... family is not always with us... we have to do something for our future so that one day if they are gone you can conquer it and be able to move on and go on with your life and live it happily.
happy mylotting

A long time ago I left home went to another country. It wasn't that easy. I still left my heart to my one and only mother in this world. I really was home sick, missing her, thinking of her always. I went back home after a few years, when I arrived she was in the hospital, when I saw her I never wanna leave her anymore. I was holding her hand, and telling her how much she means to me. I don't wanna leave her anymore. Have a nice day to you! God bless! Keep on smiling!

nice question. i am a home buddy and a mommy's girl. so when i had to be away for a month to review for a licensure exam, i was pretty sad and homesick that i required my parents to call me up every night so i could hear their voices. i think its pretty hard to be away but one could deal with it if there are certain reasons
