In life, there are advantages and disadvantages to everything?

In life, there are advantages as well as disadvantages to everything.
Sometimes, we like to think that there should eb only advantages, but unfortunately , that is not possible.

Of course, there are advantages and disadvantages to everything, accept concentration camps (try as I might I can't think of any advantages to those) But in normal life, even things we hate usually have some advantages and things we dislike have disadvantages. For example, if we like our jobs it still means less time with friends and family. On the other hand, if we hate our jobs, we still like being able to buy things with the money they pay us.
