Does your hobby cash you in or out?  

Well I like most things in he arts which can make me money basically. Thus, I guess I am able to make money from them.

It actually goes three-way for me. Some of my hobbies are free such as some of my computer stuff including the internet. But of course, there are some hobbies that makes me spend quite a lot like toy collections and DVD videos. But I'm also glad that I do get paid for some of my hobbies. MyLot is one of them but I really don't mind how much I get. Take care. Happy New Year!

My hobbies are painting and writing. I haven't made any money on my writing yet, but I hope to get something published in the future. Writing is a cheap hobby and it doesn't cost anything but my notebooks and pens. Painting is not quite as cheap, as I have to buy paint, paint brushes, canvasses etc, but I hope to sell some more paintings in the end of January when my exhibition starts

I have some hobbies that cost money; horseback riding costs $10 a lesson. Even paper to type on costs money if I want to print anything out, ink, crayons, prints, transparencies. I spend way more money than needed on books.

Both. I love reading but I can always download ebooks. I love watching movies, though I can watch movie online but there are movies I want to watch that is hard to find online so I prefer buying. I love surfing and sometimes I make money by surfing online. I love listening to music but of course I can doewnload music online for free – with virus. Hehehe..

i have so many hobbies in my life but i think, most of it is not that costly.

i go out with friends to have a bar hopping. in here, our so called big sister pays the bill. my only expense is my fare. my sport, badmiton, i pays minimal fee for the court rent. regarding my passion to music, i'm not into buying lots of cds. i'd rather download it through the net.

i think cooking and cross stitch making are the costly hobbies i have for now. more than that, i'd rather keep my money than spending it.

I enjoy a lot of different hobbies, some can make me money and others just cost me money. I collect old my little ponies and occaisionly I will sell a duplicate one that I got for a nice price and it will make me money. Unfortunatly I get attached to them rather quickly so I get stuck with my duplicates a lot of the time, lol!
I also like crafting and making clothes which also is a potential money maker.
The my little ponies cost me the most money though.

I make money with mine. I love going to the beach and looking for sea glass. Collecting sea glass has long been a hobby of mine.
Creating handmade jewelry is a much newer hobby and it requires spending money on needed supplies...but I often incorporate my sea glass into my jewelry making and sell handmade sea glass jewelry.
The sales make enough back to cover my expenses and I often even have enough to treat my hubby and 2 sons to ice cream...and they love helping me look for sea glass, so that means they get to go to the beach a lot!!

Now if I could just figure out how to make a full-time living selling my creations !!
