Have You had a BAD Experience with Chrysler Financial?

I bought a used car from Chrysler and got dealer finaning. To make a very long story short, I surrendered the car voluntary with just over a year left on the payments. I was tormented by this company and just couldn't deal with the harrassment so I called the service that jacks cars for them and asked them to come and take it away. Found later that their righthand didn't know what their left was doing and they made a BIG mistake concerning my account. I do not want the car back because of the harsh treatment I received and I will NEVER buy another car through Chrysler Financial. I have been a loyal customer of Dodge/Chrysler since 1989 but I doubt if I will be doing business with them in the future. What I'd like to know is if anyone else has had a bad experience with this firm and, if so, how was it resolved? Any suggestions for me?
