What is your favorit memory....growing up

I think the best thing I remember is the day I go a pony for christmas. I was about 9 years old and that christmas, things where tight for the family. My mother was determaned to give us kids a great christmas and she worked 3 jobs to get the extra money to buy us kid, the things we all really wanted. My brother wanted a bike, the other brother wanted a mini bike and I wanted a horse. She had save 150.00 to spend on christmas and looked high and low and managed to fulfeel our hopes. Christmas morning I got up and all that was under the tree for me was a apple wrapped in tin foal. I was so sad, I thought santa hated me. until she lead me to the back door to find a pony standing in the back yard. That was a great christmas. One I will never forget.
