What Does it Mean to Be a LADY?  

Being a lady has to do with the way in which one behaves that is in line with how the environment and the culture that the woman lives in expects a woman to behave. I live in the Philippines and women who are considered ladies here may be different that what a lady is in other countries. I think it has less to do with looks but rather how she behaves in public. Generally, the more mature, refined, conservative, and respectful to other people a woman is, the more she will likely be called a lady. It would be hard to achieve a ladylike status, but all skills worthwhile takes some time to master.

Attitude, style, character, personality; is the way how a woman walk, talk, eat, smile. style is very important, as to a man who we say..here it is a real gentelman; in my opinion, a man or a woman are born with this qualityes; to be a real woman is something nowbady can to be only if she learn this...is in shes blood; of course education is very important too; any way, you can see a real lady first time when you see she; a lady smell, look, and act as a lady

#Being a LADY in my opinion...oh well the other #s explin it.#I guess there is no need for her to be pretty but she always is charmingand gracious.#In my opinion to be lady means to act just like the others expect you to.#She does everything carefully and behaves just like others expect her to.She is very good and careful with the others and she always gives her best in everything.#NO.#Lady D.#I sertanly am NOT a LADY.#I guess it`s really hard.

To me, it means a woman is self-assured, confident and kind. A lady shows good manners and thoughtful habits. It's not all that hard, but that depends on a woman's upbringing. I'm a lady, and I can still have a lot of fun. Too many people think ladies are too proper to laugh or somethng!

This is what a LADY is: a Lady wear a dress not pants, a womem wear pants, a Lady cares about how she looks, a woman does not she will have her body parts, showing for everyone to see, a Lady will cover herself up,a woman smoke drinks curses, a Lady watches what she says, where she goes who she hangs around with, I should know I Am A LADY.
