wordpress 2.5 or 2.6?

Recently i made a wordpress blog but when i went to kontera they asked me to download a plugin which had two options wordpress 2.5, 2.6? I don't know which one is mine and how to install. Please help. My blog is http://simpletruthsandlies.wordpress.com/

your blog is in wordpress.com,i think they have already updated to wordpress2.7,so when you download a plugin,it should be support 2.6+. but can you use a plugin of yourself in wordpress.com. it seems that this is not allowed.you can just use that they provide.

Actually i don't even know how to install a plugin. Just waiting for someone who use wordpress to reply. They said install it through ftp which i don't understand

yes,if you want to install a new plugin,you need to upload the file through ftp,but as i know,wordpress.com do not let you do so.so you can search to check that whether they have the plugin you need.i think there may be one.
