First you put the bomb in the top floor of the building.Finish the top the come down to put the remaining bombs.After you place all the bombs leave the building from your helicopter for the bomb to explode.IF you have doubts you can ask?

Oh i was struggling a bit over in that mission. I was able to finish it by freezing the timer. go to google and type Gta Vice City Ultimate Trainer and download it. It will have freeze mission timer and you just have to activate it. This is cheating but i could not find anyother way the guards ketp on shooting me and time ran out. Hope it helps;)

Yeah!! This is a real tough one. First, without picking up any bomb (the timer starts when u pick up a bomb), go inside the building and kill all the people using the blades of the helipocter. Then come back and pick one bomb at a time and start planting them at the marked places (check out the switches for picking up and dropping the bombs, I forgot them). But be careful not to damage your helicopter too much. The bombs are planted mostly inside cans.

O my god. That was the mission where i just got my interest out of the game. You are talking about vice city. I was just not able to control the helicoptor sometimes and somtimes the time run out, many other reasons. 10 days i tried to complete the mission, and obne day when i was not able to do, in my anger i uninstalled the game and never installed the game. Instead installed IGI 2 - Covert strike and i quite enjoyed it, and completed 15 missions. and still playing. Play the san-andreas version of GTA, i think it is much better.
