Kendall...still unconscious....  | |  Ok, I don't mind an occasional coma storyline. But Kendall is out again for an extended period of time. I know she is going to be waking up soon, but shouldn't she have somekind of brain injury at this point. Especially after the seizures and all. I will be beyond annoyed if she just wakes up and walks out of the hospital. Atleast make her have to go through rehab or something.

This discussion is a very reason why I don't watch soap operas. They move incredibly slow and make no logical sense. Recently, I was flipping through the channels and stopped at one of the soaps I used to frequent. Sadly, within 20 minutes I had managed to catch up, on the various storylines that I have missed over the last five years or so. If I can, catch up so to speak in 20 minutes, I can't bear to spend much time on it.
As you have already pointed out, there is only a limited number of characters in a limited number of story lines available. So, after 20 years of being on the air, everyone has married and divorced and then remarried one another or has been in a coma at least three times.
Round and round they go, where they stopped nobody knows. I reserve watching soap operas, for when I'm extremely sick, or for when I'm suffering from extreme insomnia, and wish to get some sleep!

I mean, take the whole Kendall come thing. Here's a young mother with 2 little kids, beautiful, previously successful in business, independent.... To wake up and say have to learn how to read again, or walk or both, or atleast go though rehab to get her strength back. To know how your life was and have to work to do the things you didn't even think about. That's drama. I mean, here would be a great scene, she's in a room with her toddler who's bumbling around from one piece of furniture to another, taking a few free steps here and there...she looks on with amazement and says out loud, "How do you make that look so easy." Can you picture it? | |

| | | 3. moonlitmagikchild (7145) | 11 months ago |  yeah i know wake up!! shes been out since oct!! i have watched coma soap storylines before and they always were like awake within a month or so!! what i dont get is they are acting like if she has a new heart she will definitely wake up and well i would think that its her BRAIN keeping her in a coma not her heart.. i bet they take either joshes or greenlees heart and put it in her.. but that would suck since she would wake up to either her brother or best friends heart being in her!!
i hope they dont change her character too much personality wise.. i like her neurotic.. but they do need to wake her up slowly... they have been killing me with those occasional twitches since oct!
