Yes, i agree with you. Say thank you, show of our gratitude. And when we give the smile. The affect completely different, i have been feeling this way too. If we in marketing business, the relation will feel more closely.

I know, not everyone will say thank you, for something that other person do for them. Maybe, thinking this words not necessary to talk with. Perhaps too busy for thinking about they job and forgot to say it? this two words, if we say it sincerely, will make our humanity more in good standing.

Once again i say agree with you:) you right, say thank you, is show our appreciation for the helper that assist us. When we say it, everybody feel alright. You can it to everyone, even to stranger or your customers.
