I also want to learn different languages. It's good to be multilingual.

it's fun to learn another language, so there's no barrier and differences when i communicate with people.
i'd like to learn deutsch,francais,latin,and russian.
i just learn chinese and japanese.
it's fun, when you write something on your paper.
something that not ABC,but a mix from many outline.

Hi. My first language is English and my mother tongue language is Chinese. I've learned Spanish and it was fun. I'm currently learning Japanese. I'm at elementary level 2 now. They have 3 types of writing:

- Hiragana (it's similar to vowels)
- Katakana (same sound as Hiragana but it's used for foreign words)
example: Cream in Japanese is called kurimu (this will be written in Katakana instead of Hiragana)
- Kanji (words they adopt from China)

So far, I've learned Hiragana and Katakana. Since I'm a Chinese, I do know a little of Kanji but some of their Kanji words may look the same as Chinese words, the meaning is totally different.

I love anime and that's why I learn Japanese. I hope to be able to speak and read Japanese fluently one day.

you're right. its fun to learn different languages. i memorized simple greetings in different languages. helps me gain more friends here in the internet with different nationalities. im now studying basic japanese language. i really enjoy it.

Yeah totally agree about that... Japanese is definitely one of the languages I wanna master when I have the time... Same with Chinese and Spanish... ^_^

I want to learn how to read and write the Japanese signs and symbols bc they are cool, and I want to learn how to understand Japanese so I don't have to wait til an episode of one of my anime shows gets subbed.
