can you sleep when someone's snoring?

I cannot sleep with the sounds of someone snoring. I have to wear ear plugs. I also cannot sleep with the sound of a television or a radio playing. Thankfully, we don't have a television, so that's not a problem. But snoring can be a problem at times!

That will never bother me.. of course if I wake up in the middle of the night, then I might find it difficult to get back to sleep, esp when I have headache os something of that sort. I consider "falling asleep" is some sort of a boon to me.. he.. he..

i cant sleep if someone snores very loud...
my hubby used to snore if he is very tired...
i will shake him up whenever he snores...
if we turn ourself in one side our snoring will be reduced...
my mom and dad everybody snores if they have a deep sleep....
sometimes i snore....my hubby told that....

if I am very tired no matter what the volume of sound is I can sleep peacefully.

I can't sleep with any noise, even with muffled sound from another room. So i can't stand someone making noise right beside me as i'm trying to sleep. Unless i'm very sleepy noise bothers me a lot.

Oh Thats a good question but fortunately the answer is yes and i do can sleep if i'm tired and if i'm not tired if cant for a degree,but i would be managing it and would be sleeping..in my family my dad and my granny are the two people who snore a lot and i think that is really bad for their health and my mom suffers from my dads snoring and my sister suffers from my granny's snorings..i sleep alone...Happy mylotting..

Yes, I can sleep even when someone is snoring. I can sleep even if a marching band passes next to me . LOL! I think I am lucky because I am like that, although my husband and family often tease me about it.

I used to be very senstive for the Snoring or other noise when I was asleep,now I get better and kind used to it.but if I do not sleep deeply the noise will bother me a bit.anyway I'd rather sleep at a quiet and peaceful place to get refreshed.if you can not sleep well you will feel tired and even frustrated the next day.

I can sleep if I'm the first one to fall asleep, so when someone snores, I can pretty much go on sleeping unperturbed. But if the snoring person is already asleep (and snoring) while I'm still awake, I find it hard to fall asleep.

Hello oyenkai! I think I can't sleep when someone is snoring. I never tried though. Thank God my husband doesn't snore.
