Envy and jealousy

I think envy is where you wish you had something someone else has or life styl,but those envious keep quite and get on with life.When someone is jealous it is more obvious and they can pass comments.pick arguments,and say things like how can they afford that it is not fair.They take more action to let everyone know how they feel it is more evil if you like.I think that is right unless someone else can put me right.xx

Envy, I think pertains to materialistic value while jealousy pertains to popularity and relationships. So a person can be jealous of another for the boyfriend she has, and the family she has. While the same person can also be envious because of the car she owns and the house she lives in.
