Do you feel sick when you are in the cruiser? As I know some people are feeling sick when they are in the ocean. Fortunately I am not sensitive to it and I am alright in the cruiser.

Hi youless! Yes, I do feel sick everytime I travel by sea or in a cruise. I usually take a medicine that will prevent me from feeling dizzy and nauseous. I usually take it an hour before the journey so that I won't feel queasy. It works all the time and I feel great and enjoy the ocean because of it. Take care and have a nice day! lovelots..faith210

Me too youless......I went on a cruise when I was in college with about 40 other friends......And will u believe it,I was the only one who was not sea sick.......My mother had packed for me a good amount of sea sickness tablets and I had a busy time supplying them to the others.....And the sailors there said that perhaps I have sailor blood in my veins.....

Hi youless, I’m glad that I'm always on the side of good luck. I don’t have any seasickness when going for cruising in the sea. A few of my friends dislike traveling by sea and they would feel dazzled and accompanied by nausea very often. So for them to travel in a cruiser seems like torture more than amusement. Yeah, it was an unforgettable remembrance to travel in a cruiser few years back. I really enjoyed the fun of standing on the deck by the front top of the moving rapidly vehicle on the blue vast sea. Our long hair and clothes were fluttering in the wind. We enjoyed eating the buffet foods of various variety and meals served there. Some of my friends spent their night in the casino whereas we preferred to have fun watching stage performance, singing karaoke and dancing as well. Happy posting and have a nice day.

I never take a cruiser before. But I took small boat and fishing boat before for my assignment during university time. It really depends whether i feel sick or not. Sometime i am ok, but sometime i vomit on the boat. Fisherman once told that before you go into the sea, do not eat oily food or drink milk. It will cause sea sickness if you not always take a bout ride. And it turn out to be true. One time, i took fried mee (which is oily food) and I vomit on the boat. The other days, i took only bread and its ok. It is very mysterious. haha... Happy mylotting!!

I think I am quite fortunate my friend, although I don't often travel on boats and the opportunity is not really there, everywhere I go is by plane or train so the boat is not necessary. The first time I went on a longish voyage was from Weymouth in Dorset England to Guernsey and that was four hours and the sea was extremely choppy, everyone else was being really ill but not me, it was seeing people being ill that put me off, I thought it was a big adventure at the time I was only young but neither mum or I got sick on the crossing and boy it was bad!

taking a boat or ship - I hope to have a chance to take a ship or cruiser some day and I think that it is challenging to me as I have not had that experience yet. Take care and good day, youless.
Hello youless. I have not been in a cruiser, but I have been in a boat on the river for a few times. I still remember the first time I took a boat together with my elder sister when we were still children from Ganzhou to Ji'an, a city in the middle of Jiangxi Province. We were in the boat for three days long back to that time. I was boat sick and did not enjoy much of the boat trip. Besides it was very cold in winter that made me feel more uncomfortable. Another time when I took a boat to my father-in-law's hometown was years ago and I was ok with the boat trip and enjoyed myself a lot because there were so many of us in the boat, playing, talking with a lot of fun though it was also during the winter vacation. I hope to have a chance to take a ship or cruiser some day and I think that it is challenging to me as I have not had that experience yet. Take care and good day, youless.

It must be some reasons. You have to find why you don't feel well when you are in the cruiser and next time you can avoid to it.

well... there was once i was so sick that i hated myself. In fact, i don't get sick on the cruiser IF i don't eat. But once i eat, there goes my food. I won't be able to sit up straight anymore.

Not sure about that. I think it depend on my health condition. Sometimes, I even feel sick on a bus because of tiredness and being hungry.
