What most influence your handwriting?  

Well my influence to my handwriting are my friends. We three made to look all our handwritings same when we were kids. don't know if they still write the same way but i 'm still writing the same handwriting.

I think all those factors you mentioned, combined, have a direct affect on handwriting. I might add too that health can change a persons handwriting. I used to do calligraphy for pay, taking special pens and doing fancy writing for memorials, wedding invitations, etched paques, etc. Over the years I developed arthritis and it sure has changed my handwriting a whole lot. (Some days I can hardly read it myself lol.) A quick glance at somebodys writing can also tell a lot of things, according to the study of handwriting analysis. If they write large it's supposed to mean a somewhat inflated ego, and if it's very small insecurity or shyness. I think too a lot of poor handwriting can be traced back to childhood, when learning to form the letters. Like they say, practice makes perfect. You are very correct when you say calligraphy is a worthwhile practice. It teaches you how to put grace and form to writing and make it more than a few letters on a piece of paper...it's also art. I love looking at chinese calligraphy. No, I can't understand a word that's written, but I do appreciate and admire the beauty of it!

There are some factors to have an effect on my handwriting. I think weather is one of the reasons. If it's cold and freezing, I found my handwriting is going to be worse. And a good pen is also important for me to have a good handwriting.

I love China

I learned to handwrite at a very young age, and got constant praise from teachers about how neat and lovely it was. Their praise influenced me even more, to make my handwriting always look nice and neat and elegant. I had a natural tendancy to write like my mother because she had taught me, so I sort of copied the way she wrote. I have noticed that I write differently depending on what kind of mood I'm in, or whether I'm tired or very awake.

The last person inspires me was my Computer Teacher. I really love the way she wrote lesson in the blackboard. I try to emitate her handwriting and adjust some of it. And now I already using the finish product of my hand writing skills that my teacher inspires me. Thanks to her.
