I bet we have all heard about the little girl Madeleine McCann that went missing when her family was on holiday. I often think of her and her family. I honestly try to think that they had nothing to do with whatever happend and I pray that she is still alive and unharmed. What do you think happened to her?

It's a long time since I heard anything more about this sad story. I often wonder where she was taken to because I cannot bring myself to believe that her parents could have possibly been responsable for her disappearance. In my opinion she is somewhere with someone and I hope eventually will be found.

Thank you, violet_va,.....this is a case that crosses my mind, everytime that I am out in Public, and see a little, blonde-haired, blue-eyed angel. It is such a sad story, and I almost believe that it is now a cold case! I have seen many computer enhancements of how she would look today! I hate to admit this, but my "gut instinct" tells me that her parents are not being truly forthcoming! I know that this stems from the fact that I am totally angry with them, for appeasing themselves by going out to dinner, in a foreign country, and leaving these children without proper care & supervision from an adult! What were they thinking? Hate myself...but do blame them!

Well I do blame them as well my son is almost 6 and I never live him alone I just cant do it. Not just from fear of strangers but what if he does something (I dont know soemthing like set the house on fire). I always think of the worse case scenario when it comes to my son. What they did has no excuse but as far as them doing something to the girl I dont know I would hate to think they did.

Y'know, they say, when you have a gut instinct, you should validate it! They were not forthcoming in the beginning, and don't even so seem to be now! I have a horrible theory, the child did meet with foul play, and the parents have covered it up. In all the interviews, I only saw tears once....and if that were my son, you wouldn't get a word out of me for the sobs! Irregardless, I hold them totally responsible...as they put their child in harm's way, by NOT providing a safe & secure environment!

You know what you are right but the mother in me wants to belive that a mother can never harm her child (but we all know this is not true) thats why I hope they have nothing to do with the actual act.
