I have two trains of thought on this.

One is that the hummer could relate to the Hummer SUV built by General Motors. Perhaps a Hummer is having some sort of problems on the road, or is broken down and, therefore, hung up?

The other train of thought is slang for a sexual act. I have heard this sort of slang in regard to fellatio. In fact, I have read about this. It could mean something like that. (Please forgive me for being so crude, but this is all I can thing of. I mean no offense.)
