Would you be selfish if you had powers?

to me, i would try and help people. i usually started liked having powers as a kid and i would always imagined i would be the one helping people.

I havent seen that film. But, I never definitely be selfish. But, I will help others along with me. My priority will be in the order of the situation. I vote always happy to be happen.

IF I was God, I would have the power to do anything. Hence, time could be changed, I coudl theoretically then do both all at the same time.

Hi Gemma, I think most people would be selfish to a degreee before helping others. I am a very giving person but I do not go without to provide for others unless it is for my own children. Huggles. Ellie:D

In all honesty I'd get my major life issues settled first, then I'd gladly move on to help others. Unless of course someone's problems were worse than my own. Ya know, this is a hard one to call actually. I supposed it be a per-situation kinda thing whether I'd help myself or help others. But in that case, I'd do as my grandmother, aunts, and mother taught me and that's: women and children first. (Although my actual perceived order is children, then women)

Honestly, most of us would be selfish. We might answer otherwise, but the honest truth is that people are selfish more often than they are selfless.

If I were powerful, I will do everything to change the world. I would't be selfish but to help those who are in need. I know it's easy for us to say these things but at least I have a goal...saving the world using my power.

As the saying goes, with great power comes great responsibilities, did i get that right? With these power, i will not be selfish and prioritize myself. I would help the needy especially the less fortunate ones. There are a lot of problems in this world that should be solved first before other not so serious problems.

Honestly I would do the same as Bruce Almighty, i'd sort out my problems before I started helping other people. I'm sure everyone would be at least a little bit selfish in some way, with the kind of powers featured in Bruce Almighty it would be hard to resist! But after sorting out my problems I would have to say my first priority would be to help Africa out of poverty!:)

I can't say that I won't be selfish once I have that great power. The power is just to great for me to perform the responsibilities. I might say that I'll help those who are unfortunate. But who knows. Would I really do it? I can't tell. I'm only human and faced with this greatness, I don't think I'm gonna be able to think of others before myself. There's a lot that we wish we can do and have. Don't you think you would want to get them first before others can have their wants provided? Basically, I'm just being transparent on the possibilities if ever I'll have that kind of power.
