I visited Pere Lachaise cemetary about 15 years ago. I remember Jim Morrison's grave very well. There were so many people there. I don't know if it is still like that, but at that time his grave was a kind of meetingplace for people from different countries. I went there because I wanted to see Jim Morrison's grave, but there were plenty of other interesting graves at the cemetary, and I am happy I had the chance to go there.

I have not been there but I would like to go to New Orleans to see the above ground cemetaries there. They have alot of interesting monuments and things there that I would find interesting and ones that I would really be interested in looking at. I viisted New Orleans once and it was fantastic.

Yes, I've been to Graceland and seen Elvis Presley's gravesite. And I've been to La Recoleta Cemetery in Buenos Aires, Argentina and seen Eva Perón (Evita)'s gravesite - mausoleum, El Cementerio de la Chacarita and seen Juan Perón's gravesite - mausoleum, and Carlos Gardel's grave. I've also seen Marilyn Monroe's grave in California.
It's really interesting seeing famous peoples' graves. To think that you are so close to that person is just amazing.
Have a nice day and happy myLotting!!!
