Do you ever buy Greatest Hits albums?

usually only if i really really like the band. most of the time when i buy greatest hits albums is when i like some of a band's music,but not enough to buy their back catalog.those albums make a good sampling of their best.

well i think it's just easier to download all the songs onto one cd. that way i can include the songs that were never singles as well.i would buy a greatest hits in only a few instances. one of those being that i never got around to buying the regular albums but truly enojoyed all the singles.

I do not have a whole lot of music. I buy some every now and then with the songs that I like on them only. I do not buy the greatest hits.

Hi Bd200789! I really don't buy the greatest hit albums. I guess, it is because my husband does and I could get to play them whenever i am in the mood to listen to their songs. And even before I got married, my father and brothers are the ones who loves to buy all those albums and I am just a freeloader. haha..well, there is no sense in buying for myself when I can get to play the albums whenever I like it. haha..Saves me a lot of money though! Sometimes, I'll only buy a greatest hits if I have a couple of the artists CD's, other than that I can make my own personal greatest hits.

Hi there Bd200789 Sometimes I actually wait until the Greatest Hits album comes out so that I can have all my favourite artists hits on one cd. It is disappointing when you buy an album and you only like songs on it that have been hits and the rest of the album is rubbish!!

Nah I woul rather just compile my own cd of their favourite songs and burn them!!
