Barbie 50th birthday

Hi friends today when I was watching news I saw that Barbie(the doll we used to play with) is celebrating her 50th birthday. I thank to the one who first created the doll. Share your thoughts.

well, good to hear that, i didnt knew that they r so old, i never played with them, my daughter is a big fan of those dolls, their clothes, their styles, their hair styles etc. The creation is really very admirable,very beautiful piece of art.

I've never been a fan of Barbie. I never liked her when I was a kid and could not understand how someone could play with a doll by herself...it seemed pointless to me. I did not like playing pretend with dolls - there must have been something unnaturally wrong with me then. Last year I read about a pregnant Barbie model and I thought it was really wrong. It looked like teenage pregnancy because of the youth of barbie coupled with her big belly. It was utterly wrong. Thanks for the response on my discussion!
