Kennedy withdraws her name from U.S. Senate consideration

Well it has been reported lately that hte people of NY really did not support her much. SHe was getting beat in the polls. SO she probly decided not to do it. Plus with Ted's health she may not want to take on the responsibility right now. Who knows. I am glad she is not going to get it. I am so sick of dynasties in this country and people getting into congress and senate just because they won the genetic lottery.

Now, according to some Paterson is leaning towards Representative Kirsten E. Gillibrand, an upstate lawmaker in her second term in Congress. The wait will be over soon as he's reportedly going to make his announcement tomorrow. Annie
