I'm following a schedule like this. Morning breakfast - oats, couscous, pasta or idly/dosa... My son expects more varities :) Lunch - Same food whatever we take (Rice+curry+vegs) + butter to reduce the hot taste. I used to cook chicken twice a week and rest full of vegetables. Dinner - Depends on his mood, either tiffin items or again rice items. In between, I feed him formula milk thrice a day. By 3pm, I give him an egg. Oranges, he loves and since it is a good source of vitamin c, I give them every now and then. So, the recipes I can give as below. Oats/couscous - cook them in water (until completely get cooked). Add little salt. Add some dry grapes and feed. Some adds little milk, but I don't. I add little butter. Pasta - cook pasta with little salt and drain the excess water. Fry vegs in little butter. Mix the cooked pasta in it. Shred cheese and put over it and keep in microwave oven for 2 mins. Tasty pasta ready. Dal rice - cook dal (pulses) and rice together in a cooker. Add little ghee and salt and feed. Hope it helps. If anything more u need, let me know.

I would where possible give him what you are having just make sure when you cook that you dont add salt until after serving his portion out sugar in natural healthy foods will be minimal and OK (its the junk food sugar you need to watch out for) most foods can be mashed down if he cant manage "proper" food yet but as long as you cook from scratch most foods will be yummy and healthy/safe for him to eat

There is no need to prepare separate meals. A one year old should be eating all the same foods you eat, except for things that his doctor says to wait on, like peanuts, and spicy foods. Just cut it small, make sure vegetables are fully cooked, and cut things that are choking hazards, like grapes so they are safer.

Lots of recipies out there in the internet...I guess you'll find more than you want or need. Anyhow, this age, kids should be able to eat almost anything(not peanuts, nuts or small hard things). If you still want to have a pasta thing for him, you can mix in a mixer all the vegetables, meat and soup from any soup you're doing, and give him to dring from the bottle. If you want a food. If you're looking for sweets, than small pieces of fruit will do. Or even a yogurt.or all the small cups with apple sauce, or all kinds o vanilla cream, chocolate cream, banana cream, there are so many... Good luck!
