What's your form of exercise?

So do you workout on a gym? lifting weights? aerobics? taebos? how much time do you spend and how often? i'm working out on a gym lifting weights on an every other day basis.. but i'm not so muscular though coz what I want is just to burn fats and a li'l bit of toning.. I'm maintaining my weight of 150lbs and i'm 5'8" 1/2..

I do a lot of different things. I do yoga and pilates, but I also recently bought a new DVD of dance workouts called 10 Minute Solutions: Dance. It has 5 different routines that are only 10 minutes long so you can do just one or all five or just as many as you want. I love it. I have so much fun doing the cardio swing.

I use Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home DVDs. It's so easy, it's walking at home but she adds in aerobic exercise. I love it :)

I go to the gym four times a week and usually in the gym for 1 hour 45 minutes, I much prefer the cv equipment, especially the cross trainer and I can easily do 45 minutes on the cross trainer then do the weights then back on the bike afterwards for another 30 minutes, it gets very addictive. I want to burn fat too and it's important to get the food intake right as well which is half the battle when you exercise.

i am overweight and am loosing weight.i walk for 5 kms,do 150 crunches, 4 mins ab king pro,yoga, and other simple stretching exercises.i sometimes dance too.it helps the body to form a shape.
