What does God mean to you?

When you think of God what do you feel? Personaly I feal respect like I dont feel for anyone else. I take what I need from him and give him all I can. I do feel angry at him at times but respect his ways. Even if people say God does not exist I dont care because to me its having someone to turn to in good or bad.
What do you feel for your God?

God is the only one that I can tell anything and everything to. I am like you, even if others don't believe that He exists then that is okay, because I believe in Him and he means so much to me. I know he has answered countless prayers for me and has always provided for me the things that I needed in my life precisely when I needed them. I still have many prayers that God hasn't answered and maybe He will answer them eventually and even if he doesn't then I know He had good reason not to. I have prayed for things before and then later on I was glad that God didn't answer those prayers because my life wouldn't have been good if He had answered them. Like the Garth Brooks song goes, "Sometimes I thank God for unanswered prayers".

That is so true somethimes I am so glad some of my prayers went unanswered at the time they were ok but now I think thank God for that.

I dont believe in god, just like I dont believe in the devil....I have to say though that its good that you dont care what others believe or dont believe and you stay true to your beliefs...Ppl shouldnt be swayed by others IMO..

The title "God" does not mean anything to mee as I know that it is just a title and not his name. Now if you are talking about what does "Dad" mean to mee, that is an entirely different situation.
See, I do believe in the "Spirit of Adoption" that causes me to cry out to my Dad. My Dad is the sun, moon and stars to me, he is the beginning and the end and if it were not for him I would not be. So knowing this it is hard to put into words what my Dad means to me as he means EVERYTHING TO ME!!
My Dad has hung the moon and stars just so that I can enjoy them and holds mee in his hand so that I can weather ANY STORM. He is all but yet still he is naught?!?...
