Pomegranates are very healthy fruits and I love them. Lately they are in my menu 3-4 times a week. Some people say that you can't eat pomegranate's seeds. Is it true? I have always ate these fruits with seeds and I am fine.

I have always eaten the seeds and I’m fine too! so that makes two of us and there are many like us who have never had any issues with the seeds. In fact the reason why I don’t like making juice of pomegranates is because I have to throw away the seeds as the pulp and that to me is a waste.
