For a kick-off, even if I was tired I wouldn't just shout 'coffee' & expect someone else to make it for me. lol I would expect my spouse and my mother to have the sense not to both make me coffee but, since I'm usually very thirsty when i get home from work, I'd probably drink both. I guess, if you only drink one you have to decide which one of them will be good natured about you choosing the others.

but why "shout" and not even say a simple "please "?
I am sure your wife/mom had a hard day cleaning the house, watching kids/ doing errands too ..unless she was at work too
