I have a Betty Crocker Cookbook but it would be easier to search for a recipe online and get more then one to choose from. So www.bettycrocker.com and www.kraftfoods.com would be good places to look

I was recently given the link to a site that has a sweet and sour sauce that you can add to your chicken,pork and other meats.

It's not chicken but it's chicken wings, once you get the sauce right, you could change the main ingredients *smiles*. Have fun!
